What's the difference between turbo-back and DPF-back?

A turbo-back system (like this one) replaces the entire exhaust from the turbo outlet to the rear, including the catalytic converter. A DPF-back system only replaces the exhaust from the DPF outlet back. The 2007-2011 BT50 B3000 models did not have DPF systems, so turbo-back is the appropriate configuration for maximum performance gains. 

Will this fit newer BT50 models or the 3.2L engine?

No, the outback exhaust system is specifically designed for the 2007-2011 Mazda BT50 B3000 with the 3.0L WEAT 4-cylinder engine. It will not fit newer BT50 models with the 3.2L 5-cylinder engine or the 2021+ BT50 with different engines.
