What's the difference between Spanish Built and Thai Built D40 Navara?

The Spanish Built D40 Navara (2011-2015) features the higher output 140kW version of the 2.5L YD25 engine, compared to the Thai Built models which had different power outputs. This exhaust is specifically designed for the Spanish Built variant. Please contact us if you need an exhaust for a Thai Built D40 - we have specific systems for different D40 variants.

Will the outback exhaust rust?

Our 409 stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance for Australian conditions. While 409 stainless may develop some surface discoloration over time (especially in coastal or high-humidity areas), it will not rust through like mild steel exhausts. This is why we can confidently offer a 5-year warranty.

Will the outback exhausts fit other D40 models or earlier/later years?

The outback exhaust system is specifically designed for the Spanish Built Nissan Navara D40 (September 2011-2015) with the 2.5L YD25 140kW engine. It will not fit Thai Built D40 models, earlier D40 models (2005-2011), or D23 models, which have different exhaust configurations.
