What's the difference between turbo-back and DPF-back?

A turbo-back system (like this one) replaces the entire exhaust from the turbo outlet to the rear, including the catalytic converter. A DPF-back system only replaces the exhaust from the DPF outlet back. The 2008-2016 Navara D22 models did not have DPF systems, so turbo-back is the appropriate configuration for maximum performance gains. This system includes a high-flow cat and muffler / resonator.

Will the outback exhausts fit other Navara models like D40 or D23?
